They have hired software engineers, and Project Managers for companies like Wolters Kluwer and the National Basketball Association (NBA). They are now working with the largest e-commerce company in the world Amazon placing full time candidates mainly hiring for Software Engineers.Throughout the years prior to starting BITJOBS, J.C. and some of his colleagues Gary, Juanita, & Prince have all provided IT Talent to various industries from Retail, to Healthcare, & Financial Services. BITJOBS is no stranger to working with any industry whether it be NON-Profit or a Entertainment; they’ve covered it all.
Our Process: BITJOBS Recruiters begin their search via their own personal networks; then their robust ATS powered by Bull Horn; a database of proven consultants or candidates with the matching skill sets. They will also scour the internet via skill-set matching networks such as GITHUB, LinkedIn, Upwork Zoom Info etc. They also search resumes via web tools like Indeed, Dice and LinkedIn Recruiter. BITJOBS interview the candidates via phone, video conference and or in person. They send skills test questions and have a professional within that field from their team vet them. Finally, before submittal, they require 4 references, 2 managerial and 2 colleagues.
The best thing about working with BITJOBS, is that initially it does not cost you a dime. They do all the legwork for you upfront, whether you hire the candidates or not. BITJOBS hires IT Professionals for: Staff Augmentation, Statement of Work, Contract-to-HIRE, along with Full-Time Direct-Hire Placement. Their rate markups are less than industry standard, which help entice their Consultants because they the consultants are getting paid more per hour. The fee agreement for Direct Hire Placement starts at 25% but negotiable. Contract-to-hire fees scale down to $0 after 12 months. Lastly, SOW projects are a negotiated daily, weekly, Monthly or overall Project rate based on the scope.
